| | | Lukas H. Lundin Position: Chairman
Born in 1958, Lukas Lundin was raised in Stockholm, Sweden and educated at the Ecole Internationale de Genève in Switzerland. In 1981, Mr. Lundin graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (engineering).
At age 25 Mr. Lundin headed International Petroleum Corporation's extensive and rapidly growing international operations and was based in the Company's technical office in Dubai, U.A.E. for over 12 years. From 1990 to June 1995, Mr. Lundin was President of International Musto Exploration Limited and was responsible for Musto's acquisition of the Bajo de la Alumbrera deposit. Bajo de la Alumbrera was the subject of a $500 million takeover by Rio Algom and North Limited and is now one of the largest gold/copper producers in the world. Mr. Lundin was also responsible for Argentina Gold and the discovery of the multi-million ounce Veladero gold deposit. Veladero was the subject of a $300 million takeover by Homestake in 1999. In addition, Mr. Lundin was a senior Director of Lundin Oil AB and was instrumental in the $480 million takeover of Lundin Oil by Talisman Energy in 2001. Mr. Lundin is currently Chairman of a number of publicly traded resource companies. He has been a director of Tanganyika since October 20, 1994.
Mr. Lundin is also Chairman of Lundin Mining Corporation, Denison Mines Corp., Red Back Mining Inc., Tenke Mining Corp. and Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. He is also director and/or senior officer of: Canmex Minerals Corporation, Lundin Petroleum AB, Vostok Nafta Investments Ltd., Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd. and Atacama Minerals Corp.

| | | Gary Guidry Position: President & CEO
Mr. Guidry was most recently President and C.E.O. of Calpine Natural Gas (CNG) Trust, an energy trust listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, where during his tenure he led CNG through substantial growth and ultimately a successful merger with Viking Energy Royalty Trust on February 1, 2005. He has previously held executive positions including President of AEC International and senior management positions for CanOxy/Nexen, Benton Oil and Gas and Occidental Petroleum including projects in Nigeria, Yemen and Ecuador. A Petroleum Engineer by training, he is an Alberta-registered Professional Engineer.
Mr. Guidry brings with him an extensive background and proven track record in international petroleum development and project execution, operating in diverse environments ranging from deep-water West Africa and the Gulf of Mexico, South American rainforests to the deserts of the Middle East. Mr. Guidry is currently President and CEO of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd. He has been a director of Tanganyika since May 5, 2005.
Mr. Guidry is also president, CEO and a director of Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd.

| | | John H. Craig Position: Director
Mr. Craig practices in the securities law area with a focus on equity financings both for underwriters and issuers with an emphasis on resource companies, TSE listing, dealings with TSE and OSC for listed public companies, takeovers and issuer bids and going private transactions. His mergers and acquisitions experience involves mergers of public companies, both listed and unlisted and acquisitions of listed companies by unlisted and private concerns. Mr. Craig is also involved with international resources in negotiation and drafting of mining, oil and gas concesion agreements, joint venture agreements, operation agreements and farming agreements in a variety of countries. Mr. Craig received his B.A. and Llb from the University of Western Ontario and was and was admitted to the bar in 1973. Mr. Craig is currently a lawyer at Cassels, Brock and Blackwell LLP, and has been a director of Tanganyika since September 5, 2003.

| | | William A. Rand Position: Director
Mr. William A. Rand received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Hons. Economics) from McGill University, a Law degree from Dalhousie University and a MSc. Laws degree in International Law from the London School of Economics. Mr. Rand practiced securities law in Vancouver, B.C. for nearly 25 years before retiring in 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Capital Corp., an investment banking/venture capital company.
Rand Edgar Capital has been instrumental in the establishment and development of South pacific Resources Corp., General Minerals Corp., Mansfield Minerals Inc. and Sonoma Resources Corp. Mr. Rand is a director of a number of publicly traded companies. He has been a director of Tanganyika since October 19, 1994.

Keith C. Hill was appointed to the Board on December 18, 2002. Previously Mr. Hill was founder, President and CEO of Valkyries Petroleum Corp., a publicly traded oil and gas company, since August 2002. Mr. Hill previously served as General Manager of Lundin Oil AB's operations in Malaysia and Sudan. Mr. Hill has over 22 years experience in the oil industry including international new venture management and senior exploration positions at Occidental Petroleum and Shell Oil Company. His education includes a Master of Science degree in Geology and Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

| | | Bryan A. Benitz Position: Director
Mr. Benitz is based in London, England. He graduated from Fettes College in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1951 and received his early investment banking training at Wisener & Company in Canada.
As a result of mergers in the early 1970's Walwyn Stodgell Cochran Murray was created, a large investment banking firm headquartered in Toronto. Mr. Benitz, as Director, was the Member Seatholder of both the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges and held responsibility for the international business of the firm.
In 1982 he returned to England with Walwyn Stodgell and created Benitz and Partners in 1988. The firm specialized in corporate finance, raising risk capital for natural resource companies.
Throughout his career Mr. Benitz has been closely linked with the petroleum industry, particularly in Canada. He is also a director of Gulfstream Resources Canada Limited. Mr. Benitz has been a director of Tanganyika since November 20, 1996.
Mr. Benitz is also a director of MagIndustries Corp., Monroe Minerals Inc., Scandinavian Gold Limited and Island Oil and Gas PLC.

| | | Mr. Håkan Ehrenblad Position: Director
Mr. Håkan Ehrenblad holds a graduate degree in Machinery from HTLS and a degree in Chemical/Pulp and Paper from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. He is also a graduate of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Ehrenblad served at Bonnier Magazine Group in Sweden, first as a manager of printing and distribution operations and then as a director of advertising for all weekly and special interest magazines.
In his own company, founded in mid-80's Mr. Ehrenblad has been a pioneer in the fields of information concerning computer and internet security. He has also published several books on finance and tax information, as well as a number of more general titles. Today he is active in publishing and media. Håkan Ehrenblad is also active as an investor, mainly in the global energy sector.
Håkan Ehrenblad currently serves as director of the board of Tethys Oil AB since 2003. Tethys Oil is listed at Stockholm Stock Exchange, SSX. Mr. Ehrenblad has been director of Tanganyika since May 3, 2006.
